This blend of premium quality peppercorns gives a rounded, yet complex flavour on the palate and a beautiful array of colours, making it easy on the eye when ground.

Lampong refers to the indigenous people from the Lampung province of Southern Sumatra, Indonesia, where these black peppercorns are harvested especially for Verstegen, according to strict specifications. These peppercorns are small, but heavy, with a high peperine content. They have a very clean flavour and a highly pungent smell.

From the Muntok reigon of Indonesia, this white pepper is hand picked, hand washed and then sun dried all by traditional methods.
Not as strong tasting as black pepper, but with a very distinct flavour, the quality is noticeable.

Himalayan Pink Salt is a coarse, natural salt, harvested by hand in the south-western region of the Himalayas. Packed full of trace elements and minerals, these coarse salt particles have a mild flavour and are particularly suitable for seasoning meat, fish, vegetables, pasta dishes and sauces.
